Diorama Mercedes W03 - M. Schumacher crash 2012 Singapore, 1:18

A unique crash diorama of Michael Schumacher's accident from race of the 2012 Singapore Grand Prix.

The diorama depicts the moment after the crash into the Toro Rosso car, when Schumacher has already parked his car next to the concrete wall and is walking away.

In the 32nd lap of the race, Schumacher missed the braking point before the turn and crashed into the rear of the Scuderia Toro Rosso race car, Jean-Eric Vergne. The damage to both cars was so severe that both drivers retired from the race immediately.

The stewards found Schumacher at fault for the accident and penalized him with a 10-place grid drop for the next race in Japan.

The basis is a diecast model of Mercedes W03 made by Minichamps, customised according to records and photos from the accident. 

Quality handwork. The model and accessories are mounted firmly on a base and equipped with an acrylic display case.
