Michael Schumacher, the dominant championship leader at the time, was running behind the safety car when he collided with Montoya’s Williams in the tunnel section. The impact damaged the front of the Ferrari F2004, forcing Schumacher to retire — his only DNF of the 2004 season.

The basis is a resin model of Ferrari F2004, customised according to records and photos from the accident.
