Enzo was born in 1898 in Modena, Italy. At the beginning of his career, he also devoted himself to racing, as a driver he took part in the world-famous Targa Florio race. Later, he founded the Ferrari car company and the Scuderia Ferrari racing team. He died in Maranello in 1988.
