On the occasion of the 2023 Canadian Grand Prix, Charles Leclerc unveiled a helmet inspired by the legendary design of Gilles Villeneuve, one of the most beloved drivers in Ferrari's history. Both drivers share not only their connection with the Scuderia, but also their unconditional passion for racing and their unique bond with the fans. For this special tribute, Leclerc adopted the iconic red and black (dark blue) colour scheme and the key graphic elements from the helmet that Gilles Villeneuve wore throughout most of his illustrious career, paying homage to one of the greatest legends of Formula 1.
