Responsibility for the Environment – Conscious Packaging, Meaningful Action
For our company, environmental awareness is not just a trend or expectation, but an integral part of our daily operations. We consciously and responsibly integrate sustainability into our entire logistics process. For us, recycling is not just a concept on paper—we take concrete steps to make it happen.
In this spirit, we pay special attention to our packaging processes. We carefully preserve and reuse incoming packaging materials—such as flopak bags, paper, bubble wrap, and cardboard boxes—when preparing outgoing orders. This not only reduces waste but also helps conserve natural resources.
Protecting packages means protecting the environment too
It is essential to us that every product arrives safely and intact to its new owner. That’s why we reuse incoming packaging materials without compromising on protection. We do not cut corners on packaging—on the contrary, we believe that damaged goods and the need for reshipping not only lead to customer dissatisfaction but also to additional transport costs and significant CO₂ emissions. Every package is assembled with care to ensure safe, damage-free delivery. For us, protecting the environment does not mean sacrificing safety.
Conscious material selection – responsibility starts at sourcing
For orders that, due to their size or other characteristics, cannot be packed in reused boxes, we use new cardboard boxes and secure them with paper filler. These materials are sourced exclusively from partners who produce them from 100% recycled paper—ensuring that our procurement aligns with our sustainable practices.
Beyond packaging, we also focus on waste management. Packaging materials that are no longer suitable for reuse are carefully sorted into appropriate recycling bins—minimizing environmental impact.
Each of our packages bears the recycling symbol, signaling our commitment to customers. We believe sustainability is a shared responsibility. That’s why we encourage our customers to join us in this mindset. We ask them to sort the packaging materials they receive—placing cardboard in paper recycling, plastic film in plastic waste, and reusing boxes and bags whenever possible. It’s a simple step, but one that makes a big difference for our shared future.
Unlike many large corporations that often treat environmental protection as a marketing tool—using flashy slogans and “greenwashed” branding to gain trust—we take real action. We believe in deeds, not words. For us, sustainability is not a backdrop, but a core part of how we operate.
Delivery is no exeption – sustainability along the jurney
Our commitment to sustainability is also reflected in our choice of logistics partners. We work with courier services that take environmental protection seriously. Among them is DPD, which increasingly uses electric vehicles in its fleet and operates exclusively with electric vans in several cities—significantly reducing CO₂ emissions. FedEx, on the other hand, has set a goal to achieve carbon-neutral operations globally by 2040. To reach this, they are transitioning to electric vehicles, using sustainable aviation fuels, and offering tools like FedEx® Sustainability Insights, which help customers track and reduce their shipping emissions.1

For us, protecting the environment is not a side project—it’s the foundation of our operations. Every reused box, every consciously chosen partner, and every carefully packed product is a step toward a more sustainable future. And it’s a future we believe in—together with you.
With every package, we strive to contribute—through our own tools and capabilities—to a more sustainable, livable tomorrow.
