Ferrari F2008 blue wheel nut (2008)

Original blue wheel nut from a F1 car. Used in the 2008 season, with visible signs of wear.

The Ferrari team used different wheel nuts in the 2008 season: red nuts on the left and blue on the right side of the racing car. These nuts were different not only in color but also in the direction of the thread. The use of disc covers on the front and rear axles has not yet been banned this season, and the wheel nuts were built into the carbon cover at the time.

This part was mounted on a Ferrari F2008 car. Each part/ wheel nut in a Ferrari has its own internal designation, this has the serial number 659-704601.02 N°002.

The first three digits indicate the internal Ferrari code, which corresponds to the F2008. The numbers after the slash correspond to the serial number of the part, and finally the number marked N° corresponds to the design version.
